Responsabilités
- Greet and direct guests to designated room/table and ensure necessary actions are taken to delight customers.
- Meet or exceed sales goals.
- Help determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
- Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs.
- Understand and promote company programs.
- Obtain deposits and balance of payment from clients.
- Perform cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers.
- Answer client questions about promotions, products, prices, and availability.
