Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton, Marina Bay, Singapore, is seeking a Non-Management Maintenance Technician within Engineering & Facilities to respond to guest repair requests and perform preventative maintenance across hotel assets.

You will communicate with guests, inspect equipment, operate shut-off valves, and keep maintenance records. The role requires two years of relevant experience and a technical/ vocational degree; full-time on-site position.

Qualifications

• Technical, trade, or vocational school degree.
• At least 2 years of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest repair requests and attend to maintenance issues.
• Communicate with guests to resolve maintenance problems and ensure prompt service.
• Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication.
• Inspect and operate all shut-off valves for equipment; carry required tools and maintain inventory.
