Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking service-oriented staff to staff dining areas and assist guests throughout their meals. You will take and relay orders, serve dishes and drinks, and ensure a clean, welcoming dining area.

Responsibilities include assisting customers with menu choices, handling payments, and coordinating with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth service. Training on hygiene and safety protocols is provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and courteous customer service from arrival through completion of the dining experience.
• Accurately record and communicate customers’ food and beverage orders to the appropriate team.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist customers with menu selections and provide accurate information on available items.
• Prepare dining tables for service and clear and reset tables as required.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and overall presentation of dining and service areas.
• Assist with customer billing and payment transactions in accordance with procedures.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to support efficient order preparation and service.
• Handle customer enquiries, requests and feedback professionally and escalate matters requiring further assistance.
• Observe all applicable food hygiene, workplace safety and restaurant operating procedures.
