LVL Music Academy | Full-Time | 5-day work week, 2 weekdays off

Do you love talking to people and making them feel welcome? Are you the type who lights up a room, speaks confidently, and enjoys helping others find something they love?

We’re not looking for a typical retail assistant. We’re looking for someone outgoing, polished, and friendly — someone who can guide walk-in customers through the beautiful world of violins and cellos.

This role is for someone who enjoys conversations — not sitting behind a counter.

Your Role:

  • Greet and engage walk-in customers with warmth and confidence
  • Guide beginners and parents through choosing the right violin or cello (we’ll train you!)
  • Explain the differences between instrument models and price points
  • Coordinate with teachers for live sound demos
  • Handle customer follow-ups via WhatsApp and email
  • Keep the shop elegant, clean, and welcoming
  • Assist with lesson scheduling, teacher coordination, and class bookings
  • Help with general admin tasks such as data entry, inventory, printing, and customer records
  • Occasionally assist with music events or trial lessons

You’re Perfect If You:

  • Speak fluent, confident English
  • Are cheerful, presentable, and love making conversations
  • Have a warm, people-first personality — you’re not shy or quiet
  • Take initiative and solve problems without waiting for instructions
  • Are comfortable using a computer and can handle simple admin duties
  • Bonus: You've worked in hospitality, boutique retail, front desk, enrichment centres, or airline industry
  • Ability to work on weekends is a must
