Job summary

The CRE8TIVE GROUP PTE. LTD. runs a modern Italian restaurant with outlets at Orchardgateway and Novena. Senior Crew and Service Crew will host guests, take orders, and ensure timely, courteous service while upholding cleanliness and hospitality standards.

We offer a 5-day, 50-hour work week with staff meals, medical/dental benefits, annual leave, and monthly sales incentives. Part-timers are welcome with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Customer-oriented hospitality skills.
• Ability to take orders and serve efficiently.
• Experience in food and beverage service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Host guests at their tables.
• Take food and drink orders.
• Provide courteous customer service and hospitality.
• Perform barista and pantry duties.
• Bus and clear tables.
• Maintain general housekeeping and cleanliness.
• Prepare table setup and service areas.
• Explain menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as required by supervisor.
