Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests upon arrival and, when possible, greet guests by name.
• Provide high-quality customer service in line with company standards to ensure consistent service.
• Stay alert, attentive, and maintain a pleasing attitude towards guests and colleagues.
• Assist team members and managers to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Collect feedback from guests regarding food and drinks to improve our service.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the establishment.
• Undertake other duties as assigned by superiors.
