Job Responsibilities

  • Extend a warm welcome to tenants/guests and assist with vehicle doors and offer help with large/bulky items
  • Offer personalized attention to VIP guests during their arrival and departure to ensure a seamless experience
  • Work closely with the Concierge to provide accurate directions and promptly answer guest inquiries
  • Collaborate closely with the relevant departments to ensure the lobby and driveway are consistently well-maintained and presentable
  • Actively seek feedback from tenants/guests to address any concerns, ensuring their satisfaction
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Group's residences, properties, facilities, and surrounding areas
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks may be assigned

Key Requirements

  • Prior working experience in a similar capacity would be advantageous
  • Good command of English and a local language (spoken and written)
  • Possess guest oriented and service oriented skills
  • Tactful with cheerful personality
  • Well groomed and neat disposition
  • Able to work well independently as well as in a team

Working hours & Location

  • Nearest MRT station: Promenade Station (CC4/DT15)
  • Working hours: Mondays to Fridays, 8AM to 6PM
