Job summary

PARADIGM RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Guest Associate/Customer Service professional for a Digital Imaging Solutions company at Sentosa, Singapore.

You will engage guests, advise on posing to capture high-quality photographs, and prepare products for sale. The role requires availability on weekends/public holidays with 9am–7pm hours. No prior photography experience is needed as full training is provided, and a friendly, outgoing attitude helps meet sales goals and ensure a positive guest

Qualifications

• Availability to work during peak periods including weekends and public holidays.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills with an approachable and positive attitude.
• No prior photography or technical experience required; full training will be provided.

• Guest Engagement: Proactively initiating contact with guests and providing high-quality service throughout the interaction.
• Creative Direction: Guiding and advising guests on how to pose to ensure high-quality, appealing photographs.
• Product Production: Compiling and processing the final photographic products to prepare them for sale.
• Sales & Transactions: Handling cashiering duties and working actively to meet both individual and team-based sales targets.
• Site Readiness: Preparing the site for daily operations and ensuring the workspace is organized for guest flow.

Our client is a Digital Imaging Solutions(Photography) company and they have a few openings for the Guest Associate/ Customer Service position

You will be based in one of the Tourist Attractions sites(Sentosa)

Responsibilities

• Guest Engagement: Proactively initiating contact with guests and providing high-quality service throughout the interaction.
• Creative Direction: Guiding and advising guests on how to pose to ensure high-quality, appealing photographs.
• Product Production: Compiling and processing the final photographic products to prepare them for sale.
• Sales & Transactions: Handling cashiering duties and working actively to meet both individual and team-based sales targets.
• Site Readiness: Preparing the site for daily operations and ensuring the workspace is organized for guest flow.

Requirements
