Job summary

Stamford American International School in Singapore seeks a Guardianship Liaison to support students living away from parents, promoting welfare and belonging. The role emphasizes collaboration with multiple stakeholders and strong safeguarding practice in a rapidly evolving school context.

You will work within the Safeguarding team to ensure each student is safe, supported, and engaged, leveraging Mandarin when beneficial and aligning with Stamford Values.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with students, parents and staff.
• Experience with children in international or residential school settings.
• Background in boarding, education, counseling or safeguarding is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Promote welfare and enhance the school experience for students living in Singapore without parents.
• Build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders to ensure students are safe, supported and feel a sense of belonging.
