Job summary

Singapore Aero Support Services Pte Ltd is seeking a mechanical/hydraulic technician to perform daily bay checks and repairs on non-motorised equipment. You will carry out preventive and corrective maintenance, read OEM manuals, and ensure all job cards are accurately completed.

The role requires 2+ years of hands-on repair experience and a valid NITEC/Professional Certificate in Mechanical/Automotive engineering. Working hours are 8am–5:30pm, Monday to Friday, for Singapore citizens only.

Qualifications

• Professional Certificate/NITEC in Engineering (Mechanical/Automotive) or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years' experience repairing mechanical and/or hydraulic equipment.
• Good understanding of OEM manuals and repair instructions.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily bay sweep check and perform any required replacements.
• Repair of non-motorised equipment such as maintenance steps, hydraulic carts, nitrogen carts, aircraft tow bar, etc.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance in accordance with approved documents.
• Ensure proper and accurate details are filled in and signed off on job cards and task sheets upon completion of work.
• Ensure equipment is in working/serviceable condition before releasing to user.
• Able to read and understand OEM manuals and repair/maintenance instructions.
• Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
