We're Hiring: Head of MADTech Strategy & Solutions

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead solution architecture for MADTech platforms, ensuring seamless system integration, performance, and security.

• Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, and data teams to align business needs with cutting-edge technical solutions.

• Define and execute the MADTech roadmap, managing priorities and delivery timelines.

• Provide strategic and technical guidance to architects, engineers, and developers.

• Stay ahead of industry trends to drive continuous innovation and platform evolution.

• Partner with legal, compliance, and privacy teams to ensure full regulatory alignment.

• Establish key metrics to monitor solution performance and guide ongoing optimization.

What You Bring

• 7+ years in digital marketing or ad tech, with 3+ years in a leadership or strategic role.

• Proven experience in architecting MADTech or MarTech solutions across large-scale environments.
