What you'll do

  • Build a rare playbook of unconventional account-based go-to-market tactics that most never get exposure to
  • Spin up growth experiments across LinkedIn, Reddit, in-person conferences, and niche corners our customers hang out
  • Produce sharp short-form content (video, visuals, ads) that convert
  • Throw scrappy quirky events that digital/eCommerce teams actually want to attend (grow your network!)
  • Track what’s working, kill what’s not, double down on the weird stuff that drives growth

You are

  • Keen on growth loops and GTM tactics
  • Have shipped something on social, newsletters, or events - even if it was for fun/probono
  • Comfortable with tools like Canva, CapCut, and social schedulers to produce at speed
  • Scrappy, creative, and excited about testing unconventional ideas
