Job summary

MORROW & MORROW Medical seeks a senior commercial leader to direct the company’s revenue engine across Sales, Partnerships and Marketing. You will align demand generation, brand and customer lifecycle with sales execution, setting priorities, forecasts and measurable outcomes.

This is a strategic leadership role focused on growth, governance and cross‑functional collaboration. The Director will oversee brand, content, CRM and digital growth, ensuring definable impact on revenue and customer

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience.
• Experience leading multiple functional leaders or HOD-level teams.
• Regional/APAC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own MORROW’s overall sales and marketing strategy and translate targets into actionable priorities.
• Drive acquisition and revenue across memberships, clinical pathways, programmes and services.
• Establish revenue forecasts, funnel metrics and performance dashboards.
• Lead Sales, Partnerships, Brand, Content, CRM and Digital Growth to form a single revenue engine.
• Ensure compliance with MOH/HCSA, PDPA, advertising and data governance requirements.
