Job summary

Binance is seeking a proactive intern to join our affiliate product team as the bridge between business and product. You will support delivery, insights, and operational efficiency across affiliate programs, collaborating with Product, BD, and Operations teams.

As a current undergraduate or graduate student, you will gain exposure to BRD drafting, product launches, and cross-team coordination while developing insights from competitive research and stakeholder interviews.

Qualifications

• Current undergraduate or graduate student (any major; Business, Computer Science, or Marketing preferred).
• Genuine curiosity about product operations, user growth, and affiliate/referral programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in Chinese and English.
• Detail-oriented and organized with excellent documentation and information synthesis.
• Self-driven and proactive with ability to work across teams.
• Knowledge of crypto/Web3 or affiliate marketing is a plus.
• Ability to commit to 5 days per week for 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Product Delivery Support: Draft and organize BRDs; ensure information is complete and clear.
• Support product launch processes: write release announcements, coordinate cross-team communication, prepare BD training materials.
• Triage user feedback: collect logs, escalate valid issues to product/engineering teams.
• Business Insights Support: conduct competitor research; compile feature comparisons of affiliate products.
• Coordinate KOL and BD interviews; summarize feedback; help shape product improvement recommendations.
• Operational Efficiency Support: review processes; identify standardization opportunities; contribute to SOP documentation.
• Maintain internal BD/ARM knowledge base; update product guides and FAQs for self-service.
• In a Nutshell: bridge between business and product to drive smoother iteration and cross-team collaboration.

About the Role: We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented intern to join our affiliate product team as the bridge between business and product. You will support product delivery, business insights, and operational efficiency across our affiliate/referral programs, working closely with Product, BD, and Operations teams.

What You’ll Do:

Product Delivery Support

• - Assist in drafting and organizing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), ensuring information is complete and clear
• - Support new product launch processes, including writing release announcements, coordinating cross-team communication, and preparing BD training materials
• - Perform initial triage of user feedback, collect logs and relevant information, and escalated valid issues to the product and engineering teams

Business Insights Support

• - Assist with competitor research and compile feature comparisons of affiliate/referral products
• - Coordinate KOL and BD interviews, document and summarize key feedback, and help shape product improvement recommendations

Operational Efficiency Support

• - Help review existing operational processes, identify standardization opportunities, and contribute to SOP documentation
• - Maintain the internal BD/ARM knowledge base, updating product feature guides and FAQs to enable team self-service

Requirements:

• - Current undergraduate or graduate student (any major; Business, Computer Science, or Marketing preferred)
