SEVEN SPICES F&B PTE. LTD. is seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to expand our clientele and lead the execution of an effective sales strategy.

You will spearhead efforts to drive sustainable growth by boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients. The role requires a proven track record in business development or sales, experience with CRM systems, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in business development or sales.
• Experience in customer support is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce).
• Proficiency in English.
• Market knowledge.
• Communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport.
• Time management and planning skills.
• The ability to work under pressure.
• Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).

Responsibilities

• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives
• Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
• Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
• Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
• Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the director.
