Haven Art Therapy is Singapore’s premier art psychotherapy clinic for dysregulated children, specializing in bespoke and transformative therapy services for discerning families. As we expand, we’re looking for a polished and driven Growth & Partnerships Lead to help unlock new opportunities and elevate Haven’s reach across key channels. This role blends strategic relationship-building with targeted outreach — ideal for someone who thrives on connecting with others, crafting compelling pitches, and driving measurable growth. You’ll work directly with Haven’s founders on high-impact outreach, partnership development, and relationship building. This is a unique opportunity for someone who’s hungry to learn, excited to be part of a mission-driven business, and eager to make an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritize potential partnership targets aligned with Haven’s values and premium positioning
  • Develop tailored, strategic pitches that present Haven as a premium partner and solution
  • Execute well-researched outreach through email, LinkedIn, warm introductions, and networking events
  • Follow up with prospective partners to secure meetings and close referral opportunities
  • Maintain a clear, organized pipeline of leads and report progress regularly to leadership
  • Collaborate with the leadership team on strategic ideas for Haven’s expansion into new channels
