About the Role

We’re looking for a Growth & Partnerships Lead—someone who’s equal parts driver and relationship builder. You’ll take what we’ve built and connect it to the outside world: through long-term partnerships with schools, preschools, and community groups; through parent-facing campaigns that feel human, not corporate; and through on-the-ground insight that helps us grow the right way.

You’re not a performance marketer. You’re not chasing sales targets. You’re someone who gets deeply curious about communities, sees the potential in collaboration, and has the energy and warmth to make good things happen.

You’ll be backed by a skilled content, creative, and ops team. Your role is to drive momentum, build trust, and turn potential into motion—whether by piloting a PSG partnership, launching a parent resource pack, or co-developing a new format with a preschool network.

What You’ll Do

  1. Drive Growth Through Relationship-Centered Activations
    Lead the charge in bringing Connected into new communities through schools, FSCs, preschools, and other family-facing organisations.
    Work hand-in-hand with our content and creative teams to shape activation formats that feel respectful, relevant, and high-value to parents and partners.
    Initiate outreach and develop tailored approaches that reflect the needs of each community—no spam blasts, just thoughtful connections.
  2. Own the Partnership Lifecycle
    Identify, build, and steward long-term partnerships—acting as a trusted external lead throughout.
    Build credibility with stakeholders like school heads, PSG leaders, or NGO partners by actively listening, understanding their needs, and demonstrating consistent engagement.
    Collaborate closely with internal leads to deliver quality, customized programmes that partners are keen to bring to their communities.
  3. Champion Awareness & Word-of-Mouth Growth
    Think like a parent or educator: what would you share with others? Where does this live in someone’s real life?
    Work with our Creative Development and Execution Leads to bring campaigns to life across WhatsApp, Telegram, or school newsletters—tools parents already use.
  4. Bring Back Insight That Helps Us Improve
    Regularly gather insight from the field—what do partners need, what’s resonating with parents, what could be clearer or stronger?
    Share those insights back with our internal teams to help shape content direction, product design, or future messaging.
    You don’t need to run experiments, but you do help the team know what’s working in the wild.

Who You Are

  • 6–12 years of experience across growth, partnerships, brand, or community work—especially in education, parenting, health, or social impact.
  • You’re resourceful, relationship-minded, and energized by the idea of growing something meaningful.
  • You’ve worked with schools, NGOs, parent-facing orgs—or at least have strong instincts for what matters to families and community leaders.
  • You’re action-oriented and humble—willing to do the legwork, build from scratch, and figure things out as you go.
  • You care deeply about families, children, and the small things that shape how we grow together.
