Job summary

With Love is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead brand, content, paid media and customer growth. You will own the marketing calendar, budgets and performance across channels, while partnering with the founder to prioritise initiatives.

You’ll drive email automation, segmentation and ecommerce growth, guiding interns or freelancers when needed and ensuring the brand voice remains consistent across platforms.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of marketing experience with hands-on responsibility for ecommerce or consumer marketing.
• Strong creative instincts and fashion sense to bring the brand to life.
• Solid judgment to diagnose problems and plan actionable steps.
• Proven track record improving marketing results with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Set marketing priorities and lead campaign calendar for launches, seasonal campaigns and activations.
• Manage budgets and assess results across paid media, content, influencers and other activities.
• Turn data into actions with tests and investment decisions.
