Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Business, Communications, E-commerce, Analytics, or related fields.
• Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets is preferred.
• Experience creating social media content is a plus.
• Interest in e-commerce, retail, consumer brands, or gifting industries is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and edit short-form content for social media.
• Design marketing assets using Canva and AI tools.
• Write captions, product highlights, and campaign messages.
• Monitor industry and social media trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Assist with festive campaigns, promotions, product launches, and marketing initiatives.
• Assist launch of new products across categories (flowers, cakes, hampers, gifts, corporate gifting).
• Analyse sales performance and customer trends to inform decisions.
• Maintain website content and category pages; support e-commerce initiatives.
