Role: Growth Manager / Business Development
Job Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain client relationships, generate leads, and convert prospects.
  • Meet with potential and existing clients to promote our services.
  • Participate in joint offerings and co-branding activities.
  • Maintain MIS of proposals, collections, and negotiate prices.
  • Handle inquiries and client clarifications.
  • Achieve financial targets for business development in the assigned region.
  • Identify new market opportunities and accelerate customer acquisition.
  • Build brand presence through social media, seminars, and networking.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to support strategic initiatives.

Candidates should have experience in selling safety consulting services, preferably from a safety consulting firm, with responsibilities spanning environment, process safety, construction safety, electrical safety, and logistics/road safety. The role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer.

Ideal candidates are self-starters with good contacts in the region, with a minimum of 4+ years of sales experience.
