Job summary

Shopee Singapore Private Limited's Cross Border team is offering a full-time internship in Singapore for 6 months. You will analyse seller performance, drive growth programs to onboard and scale sellers, and evaluate cross-border campaigns with data-driven insights.

This role also supports marketing initiatives and collaborates with cross-functional teams to maximize exposure for cross-border sellers and products. You will gain hands-on exposure to analytics, Excel, and potentially SQL.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics or related field.
• Data-driven with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Analyse seller performance and generate actionable insights to inform next-step strategies
• Own and execute growth programmes aimed at onboarding and scaling new sellers
• Analyse cross-border campaign performance, identify key performance drivers, and provide recommendations to improve future campaigns
• Support the team across a range of marketing initiatives, optimising performance through data-driven analysis and decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on campaign nominations to ensure adequate exposure for cross-border sellers and products
