As the Growth Head of Fellou.ai, you will be responsible for formulating and executing regional growth strategies, achieving the company's business growth targets in specific regions, and promoting the company's market expansion and user growth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute regional growth targets and strategies, including market research, user analysis, channel expansion, etc., to increase the company's market share in the region.
  • Lead and manage the regional growth team, assign tasks, evaluate performance, and motivate the team to ensure the smooth realization of growth targets.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, operations, and other departments to integrate resources, optimize products and services, and improve user acquisition and retention rates.
