We’re looking for a Growth Hacker who is ready to help us achieve this mission and establish ourselves as the biggest player in the space.

Role Overview

As a Growth Hacker, you will own the end-to-end growth engine of our AI platform. Your mission is to drive adoption, experiment with acquisition channels, and design scalable strategies that fuel rapid expansion across global operators.

You’ll combine creativity with data-driven execution to deliver exponential growth and position our product as the category leader worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation & Campaigns

    • Build, enrich, and activate high-quality lead lists.

    • Run outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, targeted ads).

  • Funnels & Landing Pages

    • Design and optimize conversion-focused funnels.

    • Build landing pages and experiment with CTAs, headlines, and flows.

  • Acquisition Growth

    • Run and scale paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.

    • Grow thought leadership on LinkedIn and in STR communities.

    • Explore SEO, webinars, and content-led growth strategies.

  • Conversion & Onboarding

    • Optimize demo, free trial, and referral funnels.

    • Improve onboarding experience to maximize activation and retention.

  • Analytics & Iteration

    • Track funnel KPIs (CAC, LTV, conversion rates).

    • Run experiments, kill what doesn’t work, and scale what does.

Requirements
  • 1–5 years in growth, performance marketing, or SaaS marketing.

  • Hands-on experience with outreach tools, ad platforms, and automation workflows.

  • Strong track record of running experiments that led to measurable growth.

  • Data-driven, resourceful, and thrives in fast-moving environments.

  • Bonus: background in SaaS, marketplaces, or hospitality tech.
