Responsabilités

• Support holistic financial planning for protection, wealth, and legacy planning.
• Conduct client fact-finding, needs analysis, and reviews under guidance.
• Assist in preparing financial proposals and advisory documentation.
• Build long-term client relationships through regular engagement.
• Participate in client engagement activities, workshops, and events for business development.
• Learn client acquisition and relationship management via mentorship and team support.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations on outreach initiatives.
• Participate in structured training programmes and coaching sessions.
• Prepare for licensing examinations (CMFAS / RES modules).
• Stay updated on product knowledge, regulatory requirements, and market developments.
