Job summary

Airwallex is seeking an Engineering Lead, Full Stack, within Growth Engineering in Singapore. You will lead a team delivering customer-facing web experiences, CMS-powered sites, and growth platforms that power acquisition and activation.

Qualifications

7+ years of professional software engineering experience with leadership.
Strong full-stack expertise with React/Next.js/TypeScript on frontend and Python/Java/Kotlin/Node.js on backend.
Experience architecting and scaling customer-facing web apps and CMS integrations.
Proven leadership, architectural decisions, and end-to-end delivery.
Strong product judgment and ability to work with Product/Design/Marketing.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of engineers to design, build, and scale web experiences and growth platforms.
Own the technical direction and execution of customer-facing web applications and CMS-powered experiences.
Drive architecture decisions, performance, security, and reliability across frontend and backend systems.
Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Marketing, Data Science, and other teams.
Mentor engineers, promote ownership and engineering excellence, and deliver measurable outcomes.
