Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. in Singapore is seeking a Marketing & Sales Operations Consultant to diagnose performance gaps and deploy new commercial capabilities across the dealer network. You will lead safety, growth initiatives, and customer-focused improvements spanning sales, rental, service, and digital operations.

The role requires onsite work five days a week, extensive travel, and the ability to transfer capability to the field while ensuring sustained results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in sales, service, rental, or retail operations within Caterpillar dealer network or similar.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Ability to diagnose performance gaps and drive turnaround in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose dealer performance and accelerate turnaround using data-driven approaches.
• Deploy new commercial capabilities, playbooks, and tools across the network.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (BCP Industry, Rental & Used, Services, Cat Digital, Marketing).
• Coach field personnel and ensure standard work is adopted and sustained.
• Provide progress updates to leadership and support governance cadences.
