Overview
We are seeking a Growth and Digital Marketing Manager to lead high-impact, scalable campaigns that drive measurable growth in customer acquisition. This will be an IC role, and you'll be directly reporting to the Marketing Director. You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital initiatives across owned, earned, and paid channelsgenerating qualified leads and building a strong top-of-funnel.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility, increase qualified traffic, and support long-term lead generation.
- Run paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms to generate high-quality leads and build a pipeline.
- Optimize website and landing pages for conversion and campaign-specific experiences.
- Manage marketing automation and workflows in HubSpotlead scoring, segmentation, and nurturing.
- Leverage analytics tools to track performance, identify insights, and continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with content, sales, and product to align messaging and targeting.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in growth or digital marketing for B2B SaaS or tech companies.
- A Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Hands-on expertise in SEO, SEM, paid social, and conversion optimization.
- Comfortable using HubSpot, GA4 and related analytics tools.
- Strategic and execution-oriented to take initiatives from concept to launch.
- Data-driven with a strong understanding of full-funnel metrics and marketing ROI.
- Proven experience in early-stage or high-growth startups managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- A self-starter mentality, with the ability to take ownership of projects from end to end and work autonomously to drive results.
