Job summary

OKX in Singapore is seeking a Senior Growth BI Project Manager to join the CEO Office. You will lead end-to-end growth initiatives across regulated markets, turning data into actionable strategies and driving outcomes through cross-functional teams.

You’ll apply AI-augmented analysis and rapid learning to accelerate insights, with a strong emphasis on ownership, communication to senior leadership, and delivering measurable growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in growth analytics, business intelligence, strategy, or program management.
• Exceptional learning agility and ability to work in unfamiliar domains.
• Strong logical and quantitative thinking with evidence-based conclusions.
• Extreme ownership and self-motivation with measurable outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills for senior leadership audiences.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor core growth metrics across regulated markets and identify anomalies and opportunities.
• Perform structured root-cause analysis to diagnose growth drivers and suggest actions.
• Translate findings into prioritized recommendations for leadership and market teams.
• Build dashboards and analytical frameworks for real-time market health visualization.
• Own end-to-end execution of growth initiatives with cross-functional alignment.
• Define success criteria and track outcomes to close the loop.
• Apply AI/tools to accelerate analysis, reporting, and workflows.
