This home-based position requires a sales-driven professional with strong B2B experience to build and manage relationships with clients. Responsibilities include developing new channels, recruiting group leaders, and ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.

The right candidates will use their B2B sales expertise to scout new leads and secure fresh business opportunities. You should have 2-5 years of B2B sales experience.
The Groups Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing new sales channels and enhancing existing ones to build Indus branded business as a Canadian Group Tour Operator. You will work with the Managing Director & VP of Sales of Indus Travels Canada to establish and deliver a group travel product that meets client needs and expectations. Responsibilities include recruiting new Group Leaders, Group Travel Agents, and managing affinity and educational groups.
Your duties include administrative tasks such as reporting to management, business development, key account management, product training, presentations, and customer service. You should be comfortable contacting prospects and developing a sales funnel. Fluency in spoken and written English is required, and you should be willing to work in EST or PST time zones.
