Job description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Support the preparation of transfer pricing documentation reports for the Group, in line with OECD transfer pricing guidelines and local regulations.
  2. Engage with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather information required for transfer pricing compliance purposes.
  3. Support the preparation and filing of local direct and indirect tax returns for Singapore entities.
  4. Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, conduct research on tax issues, and advise the Group on potential tax impacts and opportunities.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams, external advisors, and tax authorities to address tax-related inquiries, issues, and negotiations.
  6. Participate in tax incentives initiatives and support relevant incentive applications and compliance requirements.
  7. Identify opportunities for process improvements in tax-related workflows and systems.
  8. Provide tax advice to business teams to ensure tax considerations are integrated into decision-making processes.

Job Requirements

  1. Degree in Accountancy / ACCA, CPA or equivalent qualification.
  2. Possessing an accreditation from Singapore Chartered Tax Professionals (SCTP) would be an added advantage.
  3. Good working knowledge of OECD and local transfer pricing guidelines.
  4. Excellent analytical and project management skills.
  5. 3 to 5 years of working experience in a transfer pricing or tax compliance-related role derived from international public accounting firms or in-house tax functions.
  6. Have an analytical and resourceful mindset.
  7. Reliable, responsible team player, and keen to learn.
