Job summary
ALLIED SEARCH PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Manager, Group Talent Development to lead talent management, succession planning, and competency development initiatives aligned with business goals.
You will drive learning and development programmes, manage onboarding and staff welfare, analyze workforce data, support ESG reporting, and partner with senior leadership to deliver HR projects and organisational development.
Qualifications
- Degree qualification in HRM or related field.
- Experience in talent development or HR strategy preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication.
- Knowledge of ESG reporting is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead Talent Management, succession planning, and competency development initiatives to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Drive Learning & Development strategies, programmes, and training initiatives to support employee growth and business objectives.
- Plan and implement employee engagement, onboarding, staff welfare, and wellness programmes to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Manage employee engagement surveys, analyse workforce data, and provide insights to enhance employee experience.
- Support ESG reporting and sustainability initiatives while ensuring compliance with relevant employment practices.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and senior management to deliver HR projects, drive organisational development, and support strategic business goals.
