Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily branch sales and operations.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Oversee customer reception, staff schedules, liaise with suppliers, and resolve customer issues.
  • Develop marketing strategies and sales plans.
  • Mentor and train the sales team.
  • Manage inventory and purchasing.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competition.
  • Supervise beauticians and consultants.
