ComfortDelGro is seeking an Assistant Manager/Manager for Group Risk and Internal Control based in Singapore. You will support Group Risk Management and enhance internal controls while monitoring Workplace Safety & Health metrics.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in risk management roles, possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field, and excel in communication and data analysis. Join us to lead initiatives that promote organisational resilience.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years’ relevant experience in Enterprise Risk Management or similar roles.
• Experience with recognised risk management frameworks like COSO ERM, ISO31000, COBIT.
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of Group Risk Management and Internal Controls.
• Develop, review, and implement ERM policies and control guidelines.
• Monitor and consolidate Group-wide Workplace Safety & Health metrics.
