ComfortDelGro Corporation Limited is offering an internship in the Group Sustainability and Risk Office in Singapore. The role focuses on supporting strategy formulation, stakeholder engagement, and project management execution to drive organizational change.

The internship encompasses Enterprise Risk Management activities, including risk registers, CSAs, data analysis, and monitoring of internal audit issues, as well as Sustainability and Risk initiatives such as industry research,

Responsibilities

• Maintain and facilitate discussions for risk registers, focusing on key risks and remediation.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of the company’s Control Self-Assessments (CSAs).
• Collate and analyze risk and internal control data (such as CSA and Key Risk Indicators).
• Assist process owners in identifying control gaps to strengthen the internal control environment.
• Follow up on internal audit issues and monitor their timely resolution.
• Conduct regular industry research and data analysis on sustainability and risk trends, regulatory changes, including emerging risks and sustainability issues such as decarbonization and climate risk.
• Disseminate and share best practices and ideas across Business Units (BUs) on sustainability and risk management developments, including creating internal awareness materials such as newsletters.
• Organize internal training/workshops to share knowledge on sustainability and risk management best practices with Group employees, fostering a better appreciation for the value of sustainability developments and risk management across different leadership levels in the Group.
• Engage in any other projects or initiatives assigned by the Group Sustainability and Risk Office.

Internship Role: Group Sustainability and Risk Office

As an intern in the Group Sustainability and Risk Office, the primary focus of this role is to support the team responsible for driving change within the organization through strategy formulation, stakeholder engagement, and project management execution.

1. Enterprise Risk Management

• Maintain and facilitate discussions for risk registers, concentrating on key risks, including risk identification, assessment of risks, and assisting business units and/or functional units in remediating risks.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of the company’s Control Self-Assessment (CSAs).
• Collate and analyze risk and internal control data (such as CSA and Key Risk Indicators).
• Assist process owners in identifying control gaps to strengthen the internal control environment.

2. Sustainability and Risk
