Job description

About OOm Group

OOm Group is the holding company for both OOm and OOm Institute. OOm is a leading digital performance marketing agency headquartered in Singapore, with over 19 years of success serving SMEs and enterprises. Under OOm Group, we also operate OOm Institute, a rapidly growing training arm that offers digital marketing, AI, and professional skills development courses for individuals and corporates.

We are now seeking a Group Marketing Manager to support our continued expansion and elevate the marketing impact across both our agency and training businesses.

Role Overview

As Group Marketing Manager, you will drive the planning and execution of strategic marketing initiatives for both OOm Agency and OOm Institute. You will be responsible for managing a team of marketers, growing our brand visibility, and delivering campaigns that generate leads, drive engagement, and strengthen our position in the digital marketing and training space.

This is a key leadership role for someone who combines digital marketing expertise, strategic thinking, and strong team leadership skills in a dynamic SME environment.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing plans for both business arms aligned with business goals.

  • Manage annual and quarterly marketing calendars, budgets, and campaign roadmaps.

  • Collaborate with department heads (Sales, Product, Operations, Training) to ensure alignment and support for business initiatives.

Campaign Execution & Brand Management

  • Oversee end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns (online & offline), including performance marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, events, and email marketing.

  • Ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging across all touchpoints for both the agency and institute.

  • Support the development of marketing content, sales materials, and digital assets.

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead and manage a team of marketing executives and specialists across both business units.

  • Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to grow the team’s capabilities.

  • Manage external vendors, designers, and media partners where needed.

Performance & Analytics

  • Define and track key marketing KPIs (leads, ROI, conversion, traffic).

  • Report on campaign performance and recommend optimisations.

  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and best practices.

Who We’re Looking For

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You:

  • Enjoy balancing strategy and execution — you're both a planner and a doer.

  • Are a natural collaborator, people-person, and strong communicator.

  • Can confidently manage multiple brand narratives and campaigns concurrently.

  • Understand how to drive business value through marketing.

Requirements

  • Min. 6 years of relevant experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a team leadership role.

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing (performance ads, SEO, content, CRM, automation).

  • Experience with both B2B and B2C marketing (agency or training sector experience a plus).

  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data into insights and actions.

  • Familiarity with marketing tools (Meta, Google Ads, GA4, Canva/Adobe).

Why Join Us?

  • Play a key role in shaping the growth story of two dynamic business units.

  • Work in an agile, supportive team with a strong culture of collaboration and innovation.

  • Gain exposure to both performance marketing and professional education sectors.

  • Grow with a company that embraces new ideas, technology, and talent development.
