Job Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support on corporate legal issues.
• Manage legal processes, including handling disputes and litigation.
• Identify potential legal risks and recommend solutions.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage legal and business agreements.
• Work closely with external legal counsel when needed.
• Update management on legal and regulatory changes affecting the business.
• Handle corporate secretarial duties such as arranging board and shareholder meetings.
• Maintain and renew company licenses and permits.
• Monitor the expiry and renewal timelines of key legal documents.
• Communicate with authorities and prepare statutory reports and registers.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in law with minimum 3 years of PQE.
• Prior experience in a corporate secretarial role within an MNC or listed company.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance, compliance requirements, and board processes.
• Capable of delivering clear legal advice and simplifying complex legal concepts for stakeholders.
