Job summary

Randstad Singapore is seeking a Senior Legal Leader to oversee the legal framework across regional wealth and financial operations. You will formulate group-wide legal protocols, SOPs, and risk governance structures to support a complex, multi-jurisdictional business.

You will direct high-stakes contract negotiations, guide cross-border regulatory interactions, and manage disputes with external counsel. A strategic, hands-on approach is essential for a global financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Admitted to the Singapore Bar or a recognized common-law jurisdiction.
• Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience within financial institutions or top-tier law firms.
• Deep knowledge in insurance regulations, financial distribution, or broader wealth advisory frameworks.
