Traveloka is seeking a Senior Manager for Group Financial Reporting & Consolidation to lead the multi-entity close under IFRS, supervise the reporting team, and present monthly results to the CFO. You will govern the Chart of Accounts across geographies, partner with Tax, Legal and Treasury, and drive automation in financial reporting processes.

The role requires CPA or equivalent, 10+ years in financial reporting and consolidation, plus Big 4 audit experience, with strong IFRS knowledge and

Competenze

CPA or equivalent professional accounting credential.
Minimum 10 years of experience, including 6 years in financial reporting and group consolidation, plus 4 years of external audit at a Big 4 firm.
Strong practical IFRS knowledge for multi-currency group consolidation.
Demonstrated people management and leadership of a finance reporting team.
Hands-on experience with ERP and consolidation systems; familiarity with AI tools in finance.

Mansioni

Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual group financial consolidation under IFRS.
Review consolidated financial statements and fluctuation analyses.
Present monthly results to CFO and Group Controller.
Govern COA across geographies and business units.
Manage and develop financial reporting team; ensure accuracy and compliance.
Oversee audit processes and deliverables with external auditors.
Partner with Finance Ops, Tax, Legal, Treasury on finance initiatives and controls.
Drive process improvements and automation in consolidation workflows.
