Job summary

Kee Song Food Corporation (S) Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Head of Engineering & Facilities to standardize group-wide engineering, maintenance and safety practices. The role oversees multiple sites in Singapore and Malaysia, driving reliability, capital projects and continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates will have 10+ years in engineering or facilities management within food manufacturing, with leadership experience across sites, strong CMMS skills and regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership across multiple sites is required.
• Experience with maintenance and facilities management in regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of safety, food safety, and environmental compliance.
• Experience managing capital projects and automation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Group-wide engineering, facilities and maintenance standards across multiple sites.
• Lead asset reliability, preventive maintenance and continuous improvement programmes to maximise equipment uptime and operational efficiency.
• Oversee facilities, utilities and infrastructure to ensure safe, compliant and efficient operations.
• Manage capital projects, engineering upgrades and automation initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, food safety, environmental and regulatory requirements across Singapore and Malaysia.
• Drive business continuity, emergency preparedness and risk management for engineering and facilities.
• Champion sustainability initiatives, including energy efficiency, resource optimisation and ESG improvements.
• Oversee site physical security systems and contractor management to protect people, assets and operations.
• Build and develop high-performing engineering and facilities teams through training, coaching and succession planning.
• Manage maintenance budgets, capital expenditure, vendor performance and engineering KPIs to support business objectives.
