Ideal candidates bring a Big 4 foundation, 10+ years of finance experience, and deep IFRS knowledge to drive controls and process improvements in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with CA/CPA/ACCA or equivalent.
• 10+ years of relevant finance experience.
• Big 4 background with in-house/fintech exposure.
• Experience in consolidation, financial reporting, statutory accounts and audits.

Responsibilities

• Own the group’s accounting, consolidation and financial reporting.
• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual financial results across entities.
• Oversee statutory requirements and coordinate year-end audits.
• Manage regional accounting team and provide guidance.
• Act as SME on complex accounting matters.
• Collaborate with business leaders on financial implications of initiatives.
• Improve controls, policies and reporting processes.
• Review workflows and drive automation where possible.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax specialists and advisers.
• Own finance-related improvement projects.
