Role Summary: Our client is an established MNC that is rapidly growing in the Asia Pacific region and is currently seeking an experienced Finance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Analysis & Forecasting: Analyze and forecast monthly working capital, cash flow, and banking needs to ensure the organization's financial health.
2. Financial & Management Reporting: Perform detailed reviews and analyses of monthly financial and management reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
3. Budget & Forecast Preparation: Lead the preparation of the annual budget and forecasts, aligning with corporate goals and objectives.
4. Ad Hoc Analysis: Provide financial planning, analysis, and reporting support to senior management as required to facilitate business decisions.
5. Group Consolidation & Reporting: Assist in the monthly financial consolidation and reporting process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in a Big 4 firm or multinational corporation (MNC), with a strong foundation in financial planning, analysis, and consolidation reporting.
• Proven ability to work with senior management to provide insightful financial advice.
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting in complex business environments.
