Job description
    You will be responsible for developing and scaling resilient, high-performing engineering organizations that can operate independently. This includes leading technical and people managers across various roles such as SDEs, SDMs, and senior engineering staff, while establishing a culture focused on ownership, innovation, and sustainable success.Your role will also involve owning and scaling impactful products, setting long-term technical vision aligned with business goals, and delivering cross-disciplinary product roadmaps with enterprise or global impact. You will need to operate effectively across regions, geographies, and business units, shaping engineering strategy and influencing broader business direction and leadership planning.As a leader, you will be involved in leading organizational transitions, supporting succession planning, and ensuring team health through high-trust transitions. You will need to build robust engineering metrics for performance, quality, and productivity, enabling outcome-driven decisions and staying informed about emerging technology trends and external technology associations.Your responsibilities will also include driving technical excellence and an inclusive, high-performance culture, mentoring and promoting leaders across teams, and acting as an ambassador for the organization. You will continually work on improving reliability, customer satisfaction, and team performance, while consistently elevating technical and delivery standards.To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field from a reputable institution, along with at least 12 years of relevant work experience, with 5 years spent leading diverse technology teams. You must have proven experience in owning platforms or products at scale, expertise in leading distributed teams and global stakeholders, and experience in organizational design and change management. Strong communication and collaboration skills, as well as exposure to logistics, ports, supply chain, or enterprise platforms, are preferred.,
