Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO in strategic financial planning and provide support on operational and financial matters.
• Prepare and present materials for board and management meetings.
• Take full responsibility for the Group’s finance function, including:
  • SGX reporting and compliance.
  • Group consolidation reporting.
  • Cash flow management and forecasting.
  • Financial and performance analysis.
  • Budgeting and tax planning.
• Ensure the Group’s compliance with SGX rules and all other relevant regulatory requirements.
• Establish and maintain robust internal control systems to mitigate financial and compliance risks.
• Handle ad hoc financial matters and special projects, including financial oversight during due diligence processes.

Requirements

• ACCA or equivalent certification with 2–3 years in a similar role
• Experience in a limited company required, listed company or audit background a plus.
• Strong grasp of SGX rules and reporting; hands-on with financial systems and effective in cross-functional collaboration.
