Job summary

A leading company in the manufacturing industry is seeking a Finance Manager to manage financial reporting and compliance. The candidate will ensure strong internal controls, coordinate audits, and support financial planning. Ideal applicants will have a degree in accounting/finance, 3-5 years of experience, and proficiency in financial software.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably with an audit background.
• Hands-on experience in group consolidation and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with manufacturing industry practices is an advantage.

Job description

Location: Kaki Bukit
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm
Salary Range: $5,000 – $6,000

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly and annual consolidated financial statements for the group
• Manage intercompany transactions and ensure proper eliminations
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and group policies
• Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors for statutory reporting
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis at the group level
• Implement and maintain strong internal controls and financial processes
• Participate actively in ISO-related initiatives, including documentation, audits, and continuous improvement projects
• Support the development and reporting of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Transfer Pricing documentation, and Sustainability Reports in compliance with regulatory and group requirements
• Ensure strict adherence to all company policies and procedures, including ISO standards, environmental practices, health and safety regulations, and guidelines outlined in the company handbook
• Travel overseas when required to support finance operations or audits of subsidiaries

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably with an audit background (Big 4 experience is a plus)
• Hands-on experience in group consolidation and financial reporting
• Familiarity with manufacturing industry practices and cost structures is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory compliance
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Willing to travel overseas as needed
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
