Job summary

SEARCHASIA CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a financial professional to prepare and consolidate accounts for the group, ensuring timely reporting and regulatory compliance. You will analyze intercompany transactions and support management with clear financial insights.

This role requires at least 4 years of group consolidation experience, a degree in Accountancy, and willingness to work in Singapore's East region.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy.
• At least 4 years of experience, preferably in Group level.
• Group Consolidation experience.
• Location: East.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and consolidate financial accounts for the company and its subsidiaries, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Manage intercompany transactions and resolve reconciliation differences across entities within the Group.
• Prepare periodic financial and management reports to provide clear visibility of the Group’s financial performance.
• Ensure financial reporting complies with applicable statutory requirements, accounting standards, and regulatory obligations.
• Conduct financial analysis and maintain key financial and operational metrics to support management decision-making.
• Support finance system implementation and contribute to process improvements and other finance-related initiatives as required.
