About the role

As a digital product trainee, you will gain hands-on experience and support the team on Wealth Platform management. This includes gathering of requirements with in-market teams, working with Delivery and Technology teams to implement the features and functions within the advisory platforms.

Job Responsibility

• Understand the advisory platform objectives and how they contribute to the organisation goals
• Support the development and management of the platform to deliver customer and business success
• Collaborate closely with various stakeholders including country business, products, technology and operational teams to ensure the successful execution of the projects and support post-production training, issue investigations and timely resolution.
• Participate and support cross functional working group discussions to refine and improve on the customer/employee journey for Wealth.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business or a related field.
• Have an excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a positive working attitude and an avid team player
• Able to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and commitment
• Good project management skills with attention to details, ability to multi-task and work within tight timelines
• Good PowerPoint and Excel skills
