Job description

• Green Mark Certification:
  Lead and manage the full Green Mark certification process (e.g., Green Mark Platinum, Super Low Energy, etc.).
  Liaise with BCA and Green Mark consultants to ensure timely submission and assessment of documentation.
  Coordinate with design, M&E, and construction teams to ensure compliance with sustainability targets.
• Project Sustainability Management:
  Integrate sustainable design and construction practices into all project phases.
  Monitor energy modeling, daylighting analysis, thermal comfort, and other sustainability simulations.
  Ensure materials, equipment, and methods align with Green Mark criteria (e.g., energy efficiency, water conservation, IAQ).
• Documentation & Reporting:
  Prepare Green Mark documentation, including pre-assessment reports, checklists, and final submission packages.
  Track progress and submit periodic reports to senior management and relevant authorities.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
  Conduct workshops and training for project teams on Green Mark requirements and best practices.
  Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure sustainability goals are achieved.
