A leading construction firm in Singapore is seeking a candidate to manage Green Mark certification processes and integrate sustainability into projects. Responsibilities include liaising with relevant authorities, preparing documentation, and conducting workshops for project teams. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of sustainable practices and project management experience.
Qualifications

- Ability to prepare detailed documentation and reports.
Responsibilities
- Lead Green Mark certification process and ensure compliance.
- Integrate sustainable practices across project phases.
- Prepare documentation and track submission progress.
- Engage stakeholders with training on Green Mark requirements.
- Green Mark Certification:
Lead and manage the full Green Mark certification process (e.g., Green Mark Platinum, Super Low Energy, etc.).
Liaise with BCA and Green Mark consultants to ensure timely submission and assessment of documentation.
Coordinate with design, M&E, and construction teams to ensure compliance with sustainability targets. - Project Sustainability Management:
Integrate sustainable design and construction practices into all project phases.
Monitor energy modeling, daylighting analysis, thermal comfort, and other sustainability simulations.
Ensure materials, equipment, and methods align with Green Mark criteria (e.g., energy efficiency, water conservation, IAQ). - Documentation & Reporting:
Prepare Green Mark documentation, including pre-assessment reports, checklists, and final submission packages.
Track progress and submit periodic reports to senior management and relevant authorities. - Stakeholder Engagement:
Conduct workshops and training for project teams on Green Mark requirements and best practices.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure sustainability goals are achieved.
