Job summary

KOI THÉ SINGAPORE PTE LTD is seeking a talented designer to craft marketing collateral across the company's business units, including menus, flyers, banners, EDMs, posters, and membership cards. You will manage multiple projects, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and support video and photography for products and promotions.

Immediate start preferred. Proficiency in Mac and Adobe Creative Suite is essential, with knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of design experience.
• Proficiency in Mac OS and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Photography and videography knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and creative works for all business units and group of companies.
• Ensure design works are submitted on schedule and meet specs.
• Support in video or photographing of products and promotions.
• Liaise with printing/production suppliers for quotations and QC.
• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns as required.

Job description

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the design and creative works for all the Company’s business units and its group of companies, including but not limited to marketing collaterals such as menu, flyers, banners, EDMs, posters, and membership card etc.

• Ensure assigned design works are submitted in accordance to schedule and meet the required specifications and design criteria.

• Support in video or photographing of company products/services and promotion activities.

• Liaise with printing/production suppliers and vendors to obtain relevant quotations and ensure compliance with production specifications, quality control and installation.

• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns/promotions when required.

• Any other duties as assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

• At least 2 year of relevant experience.

• Excellent time management skills and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• An effective team player with good communication skills and able to work well with internal/external stakeholders.

• A good team player, resourceful and organized.

• Photography styling experience & videography knowledge will be high regarded.

• Highly proficient in Mac System and Adobe software: Illustrator, Photoshop (Knowledge of Premier Pro, After Effects, Animate or InDesign will be a plus).

• Able to commence immediately or within short notice will be an added advantage
