  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work under minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualise and deliver artwork for F&B campaigns, room offers and corporate initiatives across print, digital and on-property assets.
  • Safeguard visual standards and cost efficiency for every collateral, ensuring consistent look-and-feel and timely roll-outs.
  • Localise and adapt designs for various digital/social platforms as required.
  • Plan and execute in-house and outsourced shoots to build a usable image library.
  • Source materials, obtain comparative quotes, and supervise print/production quality.
  • Design festive or special events installations and coordinate set-up/tear-down schedules with relevant departments.
  • Monitor design and hospitality trends, propose fresh ideas and maintain an organised digital archive for fast retrieval.

  3. Asset & Content Adaptation – Localise and adapt designs for various digital/social platforms as required
  4. Photography – Plan and execute in-house and outsourced shoots (location, props, styling, editing) to build a usable image library.
  5. Vendor & Budget Management – Source materials, obtain comparative quotes, and supervise print/production quality.
  6. Display & Décor Projects – Design festive or special events installations and coordinate set-up/tear-down schedules with relevant departments.
  7. Continuous Improvement – Monitor design and hospitality trends, propose fresh ideas and maintain an organised digital archive for fast retrieval.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Minimum requirement of Diploma in Visual Communication, majoring in Graphic Design or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in a similar capacity.
  • Must be proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma and Canva
  • Photography and styling.
  • Fast, detail-orientated and strong design flair.
