Job Description: Graphic Designer cum Marketing Executive

Creative & Design (70%)

· Develop visually compelling materials for marketing campaigns, digital platforms, and physical assets such as posters, banners, and advertisements.

· Collaborate closely with the Brands & Marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.

· Liaise with external vendors and printers to ensure high-quality production of materials.

· Stay updated with design trends, tools, and techniques to propose fresh ideas.

· Experiment with new formats and styles to enhance audience engagement.

· Manage multiple design projects, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.

Brands & Marketing (30%)

· Plan, execute, and monitor comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote the brand and new menu items.

· Track and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and actionable recommendations.

· Monitor competitor activities and market trends to ensure the brand remains competitive and innovative.

· Maintain an organized database of marketing materials for easy access and up-to-date information.

· Support the team in various marketing and operational tasks, as well as any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

· Minimum Diploma in a relevant field.

· At least 2 years of professional experience in graphic design.

· Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects. Proficiency in food photography, motion graphics, and video editing is highly desirable.

· Exceptional creativity with a strong focus on typography and layout, tailored to engage our target audience.

· Self-driven team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced F&B environment.

· Capable of multi-tasking and working autonomously with excellent time management skills.

· Prior experience in the F&B sector is advantageous.
